« Amazing property, Mark and Christine were great to communicate with. The place is in an amazing shape, and well maintained. Great view of the lake, close to the boat launch and a marina. There's a Dollar General a couple of minutes away where you can buy a lot of stuff, food and beer, for liquor there's a gas station in front of it that sells some. We were 2 couples on a fishing trip and we had a great time and experience, I highly recommend the place. »

« The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Excellence communication due to the snow storm and record cold negative 20 degree temps. Came over immediately to assess bathroom pipes , such great attention to customer service and always making sure I was okay in the cold weather. Always made sure sidewalks were clear and driveway was plowed. The cabin is cozy and so cute. I loved the gas fireplace, ronantic ,cozy comfortable and so clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. « We decided last minute to take a mini vacation hiking near Lake Placid. GO Cottage was a perfect lodging choice for us. It was comfortable, clean quiet, and stocked with everything we could need. We spent most of our time hiking and visiting downtown . We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient and comfortable place to return to. We did cook dinner two nights and found the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here when we come again. »

« A truly delightful stay! Can’t say enough good things about the house, the setting, the owners and the location. We rented the home for one week to hold a special family gathering with our 2 daughters and sons-in-law. From the start, the owners, Peter and Kathryn, offered us early check-in, as soon as the property was made ready once the previous occupants vacated. And, on departure allowed us a later check out so that one of our sons-in-law could attend to an unexpected work-related emergency....

« This was our second stay at Yarrow Cottage. We were there for two weeks and loved being there. The main house is a rustic Adirondack experience and the separate studio house provides space for friends or relatives to be steps away, yet totally private. Lake Champlain is just a short walk down the driveway! Will definitely stay again. »

« We thought the cabin was quaint & charming and in a good location. Was really disappointed it didn’t have a decent coffee maker- couldn’t brew my own because the one in the cabin only used premade pouches. There were also quite a few insects including spiders which i’m terrified of! »

« This is a tiny bare bones cabin. Hardly room for a couple. No stove or place to cook. There was microwave and sink. The bed was large but mattress sagged in middle. The drawers were hard to open and close. No one on premises to greet you; access entirely on internet, but internet and phone connection spotty. We did not receive emails so we had a lot of trouble getting in. However, owners were subsequently available by phone and were responsive if we had problem. The location is excellent right...
