« House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

« My Husband, my brother, two nephews and I stayed here for four nights in May. The cabin had everything we needed, including silence, a great view at every angle, things to do on rainy days, and ambience all day long. We took day trips to Lake Placid, Ticonderoga, the natural Bridge and Caves, and several small towns in the area. Perfect for unplugging and just getting away from the every day. We definitely want to go back. »
