« Hotel was under renovation without any notice prior to arrive. Had to ask for everything including soap. Realized when ready for coffee, no cups. No carpet or baseboards in hallway. Everything was dirty with drywall dust. Air conditional was marginal at best. Asked for a different floor but apparently all floors were the same. Asked for a lower rate based on conditions but only received a token reduction. I have never written a review like this, so conclude what you want. Not a good...

« I knew going in that for the price this would be a dump, but I didn't expect to literally see a dump in the toilet when I walked in my room. They moved me to another room with a broken microwave and a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. The front office lady was apologetic and friendly, but you certainly get what you pay for with this "Royal" Inn. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no closet and no ice machine on the property. It was a tiny room, which was ok with me but no table...

« Very nice and well kept place. As we had problems finding directions to a restaurant we wanted to go to, the lady at the reception went out of her way to help us, calling the place and then directing us to another place as the first one turned out to be too far. »
