« The property is well out dated. Needs some fixing up. They still us the key system. Do didn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. This place is more for people that need a place to stay long term. »

« Everything was good. Great location and very pretty grounds. We wish the fireplace was turned on in the sitting area in the evening when it cooled down.. would have been a nice area to hang out. Some areas smelled musty, the carpet on the stairs is in need of replacement. We requested a late checkout and the fee was going to be $50 for 1 hour.. the whole night was only <$150.. that seemed a bit exorbitant so we declined. »

« If you're a big railfan as myself, you'll love this place. It's a beautiful, amazing place, in a retro setting. The deck overlooking the local train tracks gives you some entertainment. We felt safe and secure during our stay. »

« The lake view was so awesome! Just wished we had known sooner that the lake wasn’t easily accessible for kids and elderly but we still made the best of it and went other places to fish! »

« The owners of this property clearly put great effort into this remodel. There were lots of special touches that made it so cozy and time period appropriate. Despite being near the railroad tracks and a busy traffic area, it was not noisy inside at all. The kitchen area was well stocked with coffee/creamer/sugar and the bed was comfy. My only (small) complaint was that the bottle of body wash that was left to use was near empty upon our arrival. I would recommend this location to friends that...
