Rosa Linda Studio-walk to historic town square, centrally located

THE ROSA LINDA, is a newly remodeled studio apartment at 'THE HEREFORD-SHIRE'. It is a private apartment separate from the house, you do not share space with anyone unless you sit on the common area deck.
Parking is in front, as is entrance door.
Easy block walk to historic town square for local shopping, (don’t miss the shops on Barnard Street past both sides of square) local dining (from an old fashion soda fountain to a special occasion steak house) & night life.
From the blinking light at the town square walk over the river bridge to another shopping area on right & Heritage park on left. Park has a full set of playground equipment or take a walk along side the River then walk across the small but wide dam, turn left & you’re heading back to the Rosa Linda along side the other side of River, you’ll end up back at the town square. In total it’s about a mile walk.
We are centrally located in Glen Rose. Enjoy Golf, canoeing, Big Rocks Park, Creation Evidence Museum, Dinosaur Valley state park, tubing, Fossil Rim wildlife center & much more, all less than 10 miles away or stay longer to explore Granbury, Stephenville, Cleburne’s minor league baseball game, Waco, Fort Worth, Dallas, central Texas, all less than an hours drive.
Locally owned restaurant right across the street, lots of yummy local food & a few fast food chains very close by.
Complimentary bubbles to enjoy a bubble bath before bed in the brand new bathtub!!
Comfortable Queen bed for a relaxing night sleep, ceiling fan & mini split to compliment your sleep time.
This is vacation you don’t need or have a kitchen but there is a microwave & refrigerator for those yummy left overs. We do offer optional cooking appliances (air fryer, crockpot, griddle, small grill for outdoor cooking) if you prefer to cook or are staying long term.
We have a pour over coffee maker.
Next to the front door there is a patio set for you to enjoy the outdoors or on the side of the house is a common area deck, downstairs only please where other guests are also welcome to enjoy a beer or glass of wine on the deck but please limit to 2-3 while in the common area. Upstairs deck is private area.
