« The cottage is absolutely lovely! Mike is very responsive and provided great places to see and things to do. (Although if you stayed put right at the cottage, you’d be just fine! The location was perfect for fall colors and close by lots of family friendly areas, like Pond Hill Farm, Petoskey State Park, and the idyllic Harbor Springs waterfront. « This is our return visit because we love the location which is easily walkable in a few minutes to the beach, grocery store or even downtown Petoskey in about 40 minutes via the Traverse City walkway. The house is cute, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Close to highway 31 so there was some noise from the road. It was close to the water but rocks were in front of the property so you couldn’t swim there. They did have a dock that you could walk on. Also they had a marina right next to the
Cottages and we did rent a boat.
The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed so that you could cook in. »
