« What a wonderful property and host! Shara was quick to respond to any inquiries and she was in communication with us prior to arrival, checked in with us the morning after our check-in date to see if we had any questions, and was in communication the evening prior to our departure. The house was spotless and we enjoyed all the extra little touches throughout the house. This colorful, happy house is now my favorite out of any of my previous VRBO rentals. « This property was in a perfect location for hiking around Boise. It is also in a very nice neighborhood. Some great features were the driveway to park in and the washer and dryer. It was very nice to have a full kitchen including a dishwasher, and we used the kitchen extensively. One thing to know that I missed before booking is that the unit has wall style a/c in the dining room and one of the bedrooms. This was not a problem at all for us and the unit stayed cool. »

« Overall, we had a good stay and the home worked well for our group of 12. While the property says it can sleep 22, it would be a VERY tight squeeze. Anything over 12 would require guests sleeping on couch pull outs. The location and main living spaces were enjoyable, and communication was generally good. One area that could use some attention is the basement studio. It felt noticeably darker and more dingy than the rest of the home(s), and we encountered quite a few spiders in that area during...
