« We were in town while my friend's mother was in hospital. The home was clean, cozy, and a welcome respite from our long, stressful days. The host JoAnna was very courteous and responsive, and answered all of my "oh, one more thing" questions with patience and grace. Most outstanding of all, she was *extremely* generous by allowing us to check in early so we could get Mom settled and rested before surgery. The home is just as advertised - everything we needed was available and easily accessible....

"Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à cotĂ© , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à cotĂ© ont dĂ©barquĂ© Ă  2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont mĂȘme tentĂ© d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception, on nous a proposĂ© en compensation d’ajouter des points Ă  notre compte fidĂ©litĂ© . Les points n’ont mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© crĂ©ditĂ©s ."
