« This place is awesome. We spent a ton of time at the river kayaking and fishing/floating and saw very few people. The seclusion is great, the river access is super nice, and the house is very functional. A couple minor items worth mentioning for certain prospective guests: 1) river access is not walking distance, requires the side-by-side or a truck but is very close by; 2) the house is on the main highway and there is some minor road noise occassionally...did not impact our enjoyment. « This was our second time staying at Ash Creek. Such a beautiful and peaceful getaway from the city. We love the large porch for relaxing and birdwatching. The fully fenced yard is a huge plus for our dog. The house itself is comfortable, clean and well maintained. There are lovely new showers installed since our last visit. Our favorite activity is chilling by the fire with a good book. The host is lovely and makes the entire process easy and welcoming. We definitely recommend Ash Creek...
