Comté d'Eaton : Motels

« This is in Lansing, MI. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but there was a buzzer to press to alert the staff. The entry area was very small with a full glass petition to speak to the staff through. The lobby area was locked and not accessible. When the man finally found my reservation, I had offered him my reservation info and he declined, He then had me follow him outside to show me where the room was , opened the door for me to see a king bed instead of the 2 queens I had reserved...

« Staff was very rude. Will never stay at this hotel again »
