« I want to write a fair review and explain the grade I gave it. I will start with the positives which completely outweigh the negatives. Firstly, it is in the best location if you want to spend time on the river. There is a small park that is a 2min walk to get to and you can swim there or get on tubes or kyaks and ride them from there down, or you can drive a mile or two up the road and park, and put in there and get out at the park, or you can put in at the park and there are two places you can...

« Such a great home for families to gather and also for family members and couples to have their own space. We loved the option of indoor and outdoor spaces. Also the location was great, so close to the quaint town of West Jefferson and only about an hour from Boone area snow activities, and Ferguson area Leatherwood Mountain for Horseback trail riding.
