A great view from the top deck, patio perfect for entertaining while you grill, the kids loved the spacious basement for playing on the rainy day and we even met a couple furry friends. « I can't begin to describe how peaceful and beautiful this property is. The photos of the inside do not do the home justice. This property was crafted by the owners and they paid attention to every little detail. Exposed beams, a huge back porch, and even a ramp for our old, lame dog! The grounds are beautiful and, most importantly, PRIVATE. We did not see another soul on the property the whole time we were there. I loved walking the trails with my dog and sitting on top of the hill...

« I visit West Jefferson, often. This home was perfect. It was extremely clean with all necessities that a person needed. There were plenty of dishes/utensils in kitchen, a coffee pot, plenty of towels in bathrooms, and all furniture was comfortable. I would highly recommend this home for two couples or a family with children! »

« Clean, bright, nicely redone old house just a couple of short blocks from "Main Street" (Jefferson Ave). No dishwasher or washing machine - which was no problem for us. Nicely outfitted kitchen with all the basics, plus a french press. Lots of old house character. Very nice to have a bedroom and daybed (in the sunroom) on the first floor. Upstairs bedrooms don't allow closet access and there's not really anywhere to hang clothing (fold-down hanger in one room would hold a few light items)....
