« My daughter and I spent the weekend here and found it to be exactly what we needed! My husband stayed one night with us and brought his kayak. He enjoyed floating and fishing in the river, super easy to access. My daughter and I loved the screened in porch and we all three enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to stay again sometime. Owner is super responsive and everything was clean and all we could have asked for! »

« The cottage was just as the pictures, super clean and so nice! We enjoyed spending lots of time on the deck taking in the amazing view! « My husband and 4 kids stayed here, and we all had a blast! Going trout fishing (which is just a drive down steep driveway and across the street) and playing in the creek all day then coming home to hot tub and grilling in the evening was amazing, lots of wildlife in the area which was very cool to see, and there was also a cherry tree close to the deck so we foraged some! April was very responsive and allowed us to extend our stay with ease. We’d definitely stay again! »

« Beautiful property. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Staff is very kind and understanding. Basement bed was a little stiff but not completely uncomfortable. Also I think a rug in there would make that bedroom perfect! Overall this was a very nice getaway spot, I would recommend! »

« My husband and I stayed two nights in the cabin while in the area for the Grayson Highlands 50-mile trail race. The cabin was so cute and cozy, clean, just as pictured. Incredible mountain views from the front porch and the hot tub, both of which proved key to my recovery the following morning! We cannot have had a more pleasant day, and would return here in a heartbeat when able. Such a gem. Thanks to the hosts for making it available. »

« My husband and stayed here for our anniversary. Our experience was phenomenal. The cabin was private yet 5-10 minutes away from the grocery store and downtown west Jefferson. It rained the first 2 1/2 days of our trip and it didn’t matter it was still perfect. The hot tub gave a front row seat to the breathtaking views. This is definitely one of our favorite locations and will return. »
