« I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....

« The property was great for our dogs, the most pet-friendly place we have stayed so far, the host was wonderful and very responsive, and lots of amenities were provided. Everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided; lots of attention to detail. The backyard was beautiful, with a very nice hot tub, grill, and fire pit. We would love to stay again when we return to Lynchburg. »

« Very nice property & house. Unfortunately the owners kept entering the home & snooping around daily. We called them out & they said we were making the house messing but it was spotless. We travel the country & make our employees take before & after pics & it was spotless from start to finish. Even the bedrooms were in great shape. The owners were aggressive & started forcing their way in to the house for no reason daily. Our employees felt intimidated and threatened. It was very weird. Have you...
