« The property was fine. The staff was rude and not helpful. When booking, keep in mind that check in is at 4:00 pm and that checkout is at 10:00 am, and that there is no flexibility on checkout time. That's an hour on either side of our usual expectations. The 10 digit access code which was our room "key" was frustrating. Clean and a great location. If the staff would treat their guests like guests. it would have been a good experience. As they were, not so much. »

« the space worked okay for our stay. there were definitely some things that we weren’t expecting that weren’t great. it was hot and there was no a/c or any fans at all. no window in the bedroom to cool down at night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. the bed is a full size which was tight for 2 adults. you have to turn sideways to move between the shin buster bed frame and the wall to get to the bathroom. the keyless entry was easy to get into but a little hard to figure out how to lock...

« Although there are some things good to say about this property the bad out weigh that for us. First of all the listing did NOT say anything about the unit being multi level except having a loft. It was actually 3 levels with having to go up a steep set of stairs just to get from the front door to the living level and then another set to get to the 2 bedrooms. We had a disabled person in our group. He walks with a cane. Made it in and up the stairs but it was very difficult and not expected....

« We stayed with our 3 little boys and it was perfect. The bathroom is very small but the vanity outside of it was super helpful. The amenities can’t be beat! Beautiful location. We’ll be back! »

« The rental company was difficult. It was an uncomfortable transaction as the lady stated it was suspicious that I was renting a condo when I lived in Tahoe. ( I rented it for my daughter as she has a new baby and needed quiet stay. Then she stated everyone who rents in Tahoe has to FaceTime. I stated I had never heard of this and she stated that makes me even more suspicious. I said I will come to your office n person but she did not want that. « Wonderful place. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Perfect base to fish 2 miles up road to Caples Lake and 5 miles west to Silver Lake. View from living room is meadow and most impressive rock formations to the east. Unit has all u need, big refrigerator/freezer, perfect outfitted kitchen, comfortable bed. Be advised there are stairs to get to unit. We’ll be back! »
