We checked in 4 hrs after the check in time, the linens and pillows were in piles on the floor in every bedroom. The downstairs toilet was broken and would not flush, We called several times for the beds to be made and have the toilet fixed and was told initially someone would come by. After a few hours, we called back and they said nobody was available to help us out. We ended up sleeping on beach towels. The next day, maintenance came to fix the toilet in the afternoon, we showed him the bed situation and he said he would have someone take care of it. After a couple of hours 2 people came by to take care of the beds. Just when we thought we could relax, on July 4th, we took the car out but when we came back, we were told we cannot park on the property as there wasn't any parking left because no residents without parking passes were parked there. I explained we were staying there, they said that it wasn't their problem. I parked across the street at Whole Foods and risked being towed and walked back to our property. In the meantime we continued to scope out for open spots and after a few hours saw an open spot and went out save it while another person ran to Whole Foods to get the car. While waiting, we were told we cannot save spots and he needed to give the spot to someone that was waiting for an hour. We explained we were waiting for hours for a spot. The person he was saving the parking for drove around and stated they found a spot so he reluctantly let us park there.
