« I loved the location and the beauty of Silver Lake. The lake is readily accessible to launch kayak's, paddleboards. We stayed in a cabin and found it clean and comfortable. A few amenities were missing such as a broom and a microwave (which was quickly found and added back into our room). Heads up to potential guests -- there is NO internet. They say they have wifi but it simply does not work. While it was nice to be disconnected, it also made it hard to research hiking trails/maps. ...

« It was a nice, newly renovated room. New owner was nice and friendly. Better than I thought for a Rodeway Inn. Noise from the highway was a little loud, but that is typical for many hotels. I overslept for having the breakfast. But the owner offered me a drink at check-in…I took a 7-up. Also offered chips, which I didn’t take…but nice to have a snack offered at check-in. I would stay there again »

« The new owners are working really hard to renovate this motel. The rooms are very comfortable, the place is very quiet. Yes there is a bit of a mess outside while work goes on but that can be overlooked. The owner is very nice and serviable. Breakfast is good but some bread and/or bagels would be a nice addition. »

« Very friendly and helpful with surrounding area information »

« Perfect location, clean rooms, good parking. »

« We got a deluxe room which had a lovely private patio with table and 2 chairs. Bed was very comfortable and that’s saying a lot because I own a sleep number. Love the little extra touches. Coffee in lobby chocolate chip cookies homemade for you on Libby. Blueberry scones delivered to room. Was so cool. Walking distance to anywhere downtown sutter creek. Cannot wait to come back. »

« The Innkeeper was wonderful, three-course breakfast was outstanding. Property is upscale, warm, and beautiful. I would go again in a heartbeat. »

« The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country! »
