« For a southerner leaving 90 degree heat for a Lake Tahoe summer vacation this could not have been a better experience. The home and neighborhood has everything you would want within walking distance. 5 minutes from the beach or a hike. We will be back.PS. If you love grilling. A sunset dinner in the backyard with a nice bottle of wine is life changing.. »

« Inside was very good but the exterior is pretty rough. Definitely needs upkeep. Stairs are splitting and needs replacing. Stairs are extremely worn and need replacing. Not stable especially since there are so many. Porch is deteriorated and wobbly. Screens have holes in them on all sliding doors. Holes in screen windows. Entire house appears not to be painted for years. Again inside is very nice. »

« We had a great time at this house. This was a work get together. We used the game room for our daily meetings and for social time in the evenings. The location was great and the house was as advertised. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of small issues quickly. Stunning view. »

« Great location. We played Bijou, Hiked, and went to the Lake. Great price. Owner had pretty much everything in the house. Keep in mind, if your family/friends are filling the whole house, that only 2 bathrooms are en suites (lots of sharing). We used the grill both nights, wish the grill was clean when we arrive, but understand since it was outside. We used the family room for games, seats 10 (great size). The owner made sure to send a message every night warning about noise. The door lock was...

« there were areas that needed improvement. A lot of the blinds did not work or were broken in the bath & theater room. The sofa needed to be cleaned. We enjoyed the hot tub. Ad the pool table in the main living area was a hit. But on VRBO it has at least 2 bedrooms each with 2 queens but there was only 1 BR with 2 Queen size beds. A house to relax in and convenient location to everything in Lake Tahoe. »

« The house was very well suited to having a community gathering. The furniture, beds, outdoor areas, kitchen were very clean and comfortable. It felt like the owners really wanted you to enjoy the property. Everyone in our party felt like the house was perfect and had a great feel. It was fairly close to everything we wanted to do. I really appreciated the prompt response to questions. It was great! »
