« We had a terrific time at this location. It was within walking distance to Leland Snowplay which was the main attraction for us. Although there was no wi-if or cell service (as mentioned in the listing) the layout lent itself to more family interactions instead. I really loved the arrangement of the second floor with the wood burning stove, family room and kitchen. »

« We are a group of two extended families ( 5 adults, 5 kids) who always spend the time around New Years in the snow. This was by far the best rental we have ever had! All the kids ( ages 8-17) could have their own space upstairs in the bunk room leaving the adults some privacy. The house is beautifully appointed with so many extra touches that you will feel right at home. Chris was very helpful throughout our trip and very easy to reach with questions. « First time in Bear Valley, what an amazing location! I was a little worried about the logistics, since you have to bring everything to the cabin by Snowmobile. We have timbersled snow bike kits on our dirt bikes but no trailer so it really couldn’t transport items or additional passengers. They had a shuttle service though and was able to help us get to the cabin even after office hours when we had to deal with a flat tire on our truck on the way. « My family and I stayed at this pinecrest retreat during our snow trip. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The stairs were interesting to navigate with a 2 year old toddler and two older grandparents, but it was doable. Heating consists of wall units and a fireplace. It was walking distance to Leland snowplay. No wifi was refreshing as it allowed us to unplug and spend quality time together. There were plenty of movies available for us to watch. « We went on a family vacation with extended family and everyone stayed in the are. This was the right size for the amount of people we had and close to the rest of our group.The only thing negative is there were ants in one of the bathrooms that should be taken care of. »

We had a little trouble getting in at first because we never got the code but was able to get info on a key that we were able to use throughout our stay. « Booking this cabin was easy. The cabin was perfect in size, location, very well maintained and well equipt with everything you need for a winter getaway!
