« What a great house! My friends and I stayed for the weekend. The house is large and quite comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the private dock and in the hot tub. We had a great time and would stay there again. »

« This is a nice place.It is not real modern, but it is clean and has plenty of room.It’s out in the country, but not far from freeway access and not too far from town. The TV channels available were decent and it all worked out for us.We would stay here again when we are in Cumberland. »

« Great place to stay. Our whole family was able to be together and spend quality time with one another. It was comfortable and welcoming! It was so helpful to have a stocked kitchen, large table (big enough for everyone to eat around), and a washer and dryer. The game room was an added bonus! The trail around the house was really the only place to explore near the house. The roads are narrow, so walking or biking were not safe. However, the town was 10-15 minutes away and allowed for many...

« We had an amazing time! We were able to fully utilize the kitchen and grill to prepare meals throughout the whole weekend as the appliances worked and there was enough cooking ware for our needs. The bathrooms were clean and the hot tub was nice! The table games in the basement were fun to use too!Some of the doors were hard to fully close and/or lock. The lock box at the front door was finicky too. There was a broken step down to the river that should be fixed as it's currently a hazard »

« I stayed here for a girls weekend for my bachelorette weekend. We didn’t want to “party” we wanted to relax before the big day! This was the perfect location. We enjoyed all the games already there, hot tub, cleanliness etc. we plan to make this a yearly trip »

« Sun Valley Overlook is aesthetically beautiful & the views are stunning! The big A-frame window space is just incredible! You will find this unique cabin well stocked & geared to set the mood for a hassle-free, relaxing experience. Every last detail is perfect! The outside space is equally as amazing. « This property is a 10 Star I have been going to Berkley Springs for 20 years and it is the Best accommodation I have stayed in The house has been meticulously restored with beautiful furnishings and art work It is within walking distance of all Spas and restaurants .The host couldn’t be more accommodating We will be back! »

« The home was very clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms for a group was great! We misunderstood and thought that the dock would be walking distance from the house, but it is a short drive away. « We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities.
