« The outdoor porches and decks were filthy. I had to sweep them. The outdoor area where beach toys, chairs, etc was a disaster. The living room windows hadn't been cleaned from the inside. The living room drapes were hanging off the hooks. The layout seemed strange. The door to bring in luggage was right next to a bed in the master suite. Also, the fan\light in the master bath wouldn't turn off. It had a short in the switch. We left two days early. It was a very expensive trip. »

« Highly suggest this rental! Karen and Doug are incredibly kind, hospitable and so easy to connect with. The property was pristine with many extras like fans, a drying rack for beach clothes. Plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen space was perfect to make our own meals while enjoying the amazing view. Our 7 year old enjoyed being free and not only playing in the water but also in the large sand area and grass area. Property was easy to find and had adequate parking. Full bathroom with a...

« The location is perfect. Nice to have the deck, beach chairs and access to the beach was wonderful. The house itself could use some updating (bathroom/ kitchen) but for the price we paid I’ll accept. Upstairs is hot and doesn’t cool well, you have to have the ceiling fan and the loft fan both on. Cleaning could have been better all around. There seemed to be a lot of hair missed and not clean counter tops in bathroom and kitchen. I’d be prepared to clean some before enjoying your stay. A few...

« We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend for 4 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival, the check in/ out was seamless. And the property owner/ manager were very responsive to any of our needs, although we didn’t find anything once on site that we really needed. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can think of for enjoying your time inside/ outside. The only recommendations I could make would be for easier access to the beach (stairs), as...
