« The cottage was well stocked with basic items and then some. The coffee bar had a variety to choose from. The beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfectly sized. My girls loved hanging out in the loft. The location makes you feel like you are secluded but town is just a short drive away. Everything was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Tawas. »

« If you really want to get away from it all, this is the place. Gorgeous and very comfortable log home. Situated amongst the pines, away from the main road and steps from the beach. We truly appreciated the serenity, privacy, and nature!! Lots of snow, but road and driveway were always plowed, making it so easy for us to drive 10-15 min into town for food/groceries. We loved trekking around the property and beach with our dog Luna- she had so much fun! Strong WiFi, even during heavy snow/wind....

« It’s important people know what they’re getting into with this rental before they make a decision. Please read the entire review.The good: beautiful sandy beach with spectacular sunrise. Nice backyard area Propane for the grill was provided for us. Kayaks were provided for use. Hal let us bring an additional dog. Plenty of board games. The bad: Cabin is advertised as having 1.5 bathrooms, THERE IS ONLY ONE USEABLE BATHROOM! The second has plumbing issues so you can only urinate in the toilet and...

« Property was welcoming to dogs but there wasn’t a way to get pre-authorization - although they requested it- even though I didn’t get that information until I checked in. There were no blankets! There was a light cover and a sheet on the bed. No blankets in the closet just one extra pillow. Also no Kleenex. Please was clean. Lovely view and nice beach frontage. Unfortunately the property owner decided to blow the leaves from the property. Then crews came to work on the property -backhoe, dump...
