« We had people working in the house on the mornings walking by the windows and the windows bathrooms had no curtains! They walked by the beds. Very uncomfortable There was a family sneaking in the patio looking at the property and they even tried to go inside when we were leaving for a party »

"Nous avons apprécié le sur classement offert par l'hÎtel pour notre unique nuit a Hyatt House. Merci. Nous devions quitter trÚs tÎt l'hÎtel pour aller a la gare juste a cÎté, 6h30 le petit déjeuner inclu n'était pas dressé. Le Samedi c'est a 7h. Si vous devez vous rendre a la Station de train juste a cÎté, sachez que l ascenseur pour accéder a la passerelle est en panne et l'environnement pas trÚs propre. Vous devrez prendre des escaliers, difficile si vous avez des valises. L'hÎtel n'est pas responsable de cette passerelle mais vu que l'hÎtel prÎne l'accÚs à la Gare, il m'a semblé intéressant de le noter. Je souhaite que l'ascenseur soit réparé et entretenu pour une meilleure mise en valeur de ce trÚs beau hÎtel avec un personnel a l'écoute. A trÚs bientÎt."
