« The condo was fantastic (lots of stairs 3 stories) beds very comfortable overall a good place. The surrounding were a little scary lots of homeless but condo in a gated place with a garage behind the property & safe. »

I would say not for small children as there are wooden and woven giraffes, lamas, masks etc. that would likely attract attention Good location, easy walk to restaurants. Fells safe. Clean. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Plenty of books and games. Easy parking. Erin is very responsive.Negatives: mattress a bit soft but that's personal preference. A bit dark. « We booked this property on fairly short notice after another reservation was canceled on us, and we felt fortunate to find such a nice spot to be our home base for our daughter's dropoff for her first year at UC Berkeley. The safe and beautiful location was ideal for our last-minute Target/Ikea/etc. runs and it was easy to get DoorDash and enjoy home meals with the gorgeous view. We also had some nice meals out, especially dinner at Lake Chalet on Lake Merritt and lunch outdoors at Broderick...

« Une très belle maison très bien équipée avec une super douche Nous allions à San Francisco en bateau avec achat du billet en ligne 8 min voiture ou bus et 20 min de bateau et vous êtes directement dans le cœur. Alameda est une charmante ville ensoleillée avec un petit centre et une jolie plage avec vue sur SF (au bout de la rue). Nous avons passé 5 superbes nuits et avons visité SF er Stanford. « We had a wonderful stay at JadeHome, which we used as our home base while visiting San Francisco and it's vicinity. Everything was spotless and well thought out. The "snack basket" that others also mentioned really is a life saver. We got in very late due to a flight reschedule and it tided us over until the morning. We also slept very well, which is not always the case when travelling. Public transportation is also very convenient and the nearby 96b bus stop and BART system took us to downtown...
