« Absolutely stunning view, both day and night. Lucky to have gotten this spot during lovely weather so it was so clear that Salesforce Tower could be seen across the bay and we checked in right before sunset and watched the sun go down. Lukas was very nice and responsive and had the hot tub ready for us after check in. The garden was a lovely hang out spot for our pack of 4 and we enjoyed a soak and some wine while taking in the view and guessing. The cabin has a large window on the ground floor...

« I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

« We really enjoyed our stay in Sae's lovely cottage in the Berkeley hills. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. New appliances in the galley kitchen and many thoughtful decorations and amenities for renters. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A few things to be aware of - because it is high up in the hills, the drive to the cottage is on winding roads. There is a way to walk down to campus near the football stadium, but this includes a trail and stairs...

« Riza and Miguel have created a comfortable and well appointed cottage that has everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. The entire unit was very clean and has many amenities. « The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. "À part avoir été victime d’un vol avec effraction durant mon enregistrement à l’hôtel le séjour était bien. Comment savoir qu’en se garant sur le côté de l’hôtel au lieu de devant celui ci nous risquions un vol. L’environnement avait l’air tranquille la réalité fut autre pour nous "
