« This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again! »

The living/eating area was a blank space with no seating or table to eat on. There was no thermostat or remote for the alleged “air conditioning”. There was no TV. For what we paid it was a bad experience. This is the first and probably last time I will use VRBO. »

« BEWARE! A fully grown, bearded man walked down the stairs of this house pulled out his "manhood", PEED at the bottom of the stairs and went right back up the stairs and into the house. This happened before we even got to utilize this property. When I told the owner about it and requested a refund, her response was "I’m so sorry for the inconvenience...but I’m not able to offer a refund". « It was in a loud area, couldn’t open the windows in bedroom it was ground level and unsafe area. It was hot, the fans didn’t work, they brought new fans, then the fuses blew. Response time was next day for each issue we had. It was a pretty rundown space, with uncomfortable beds, bedding, and towels. Would not recommend staying here »
