« Great location in the heart of downtown Greensboro! Great restaurants, shopping, deserts is all just steps away and that's what we enjoyed most. The master suite in the back with it's own seperate sitting area as well as both a tub and turbo shower was amazing! Especially enjoyed sitting on the roof top porch one evening as well and the "pack & go" policy on checkout day was very a very nice suprise! Maddie was a great communicator as well when we had a small issue with the T.V. »

« My stay excellent. I loved having an apt for the same price as a hotel room but with better amenities . Especially the kitchen. I was pleased to be able to cook a full meal on Christmas morning and prep on Christmas eve. It was convenient location. It was very easy to get in and out driving wise. This will definitely be my go to place whenever i am town and need to book a plae to stay. Thank you very much. »

We reserved this home for an extended time and would have moved out sooner had we have been able to find another local property for the needed dates. Pest control and grass was cut within 1-2 weeks following our request, but the spiders were bad - inside and out! Also, ants in the kitchen. The house was very dusty, linens moist, and most furniture stained or significant wear and tear. We needed to clear and were not financially...

« Great location, very responsive host and comfortable but garbage bin outside was overflowing and smelled like it hadn't been pulled to the curb for pick up in wheels and wifi network and password given were wrong which was solved but was annoying when I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.
