« We rented this apartment over the Christmas/New Year holiday. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed! The neighbors we met were friendly! The building was very quiet, the laundry area was clean..Very close to Shippensburg for shopping and restaurants. Oh and Maplewood Farm Market is only a half mile away. They have the best subs and baked goods!! We will definitely stay again! »

This is a civil war era house.If you have a problem with stairs, first floor will be better for you - as the stairs from parking to the 2nd floor back entrance are not easy. « The apartment is in a great location, especially for anyone looking to explore Michaux State Forest and Gettysburg. It was quiet, cozy, and a comfortable home base for our trip. The host was communicative and reached out early on our arrival day to let us know an emergency had come up, and he wouldn’t be available to greet us as he normally would. « The room was very clean, and super close to Caledonia State Park and not far from Gettysburg. It is cozy as described, so on the smaller side, however the price was right and we mainly used the place to sleep and have breakfast only. The host was available when needed and overall we had a great stay. »
