Basement finished in 3Q 2025 as a 1br/1ba apartment, long-term rented to a quiet, hardworking friend of the family. 2 layers of soundproofing between the floors guarantee you won't notice each other.

All rooms on main level, deck, and yard. Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent via a short outside walk between the main level and basement entrance.
