« This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine! »

« Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there. »

« We had a great 3-day weekend at this quintissential beach inn. It is not fancy, but it is charming and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really well- equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and we were able to cook fresh local seafood on the stovetop burners. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the sofa was perfect for napping after an afternoon at the beach. The view of the saltmarsh outside our windows was amazing, and we loved hearing great blue...

« A great place to stay! Definitely bring your own paper products and toiletries (paper towels, tp, trash bags, hand soap, tissues etc.) Close to the beach, friendly neighbors. It is a shared balcony so there isnt much privacy outside. The Pearl is 2 doors down. Overall a great place to stay. »

« Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. »
