« Pet friendly and easy to park. Cottage is def on the small side but we didn’t spend much time inside, pool is decent, pretty new, only thing is Chincoteague replaced mosquitos by horseflies and this sucks! :) »

« We had an amazing family trip at key west cottages. The property’s gorgeous, just as photographed. Cottages are roomy and spacious. They feature benefits of a hotel (linens/towels/toieltries) while feeling like you’re staying in your own vacation home. We had one minor housekeeping issue the first night but the staff quickly and appropriately addressed. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. It’s saltwater and heated. Our room looked right over the bay and private beach. Would definitely return! »

« My Mom, Aunt and I have a yearly girls trip to somewhere we have never been before. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all three of us. « Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2...

« We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. We enjoyed dinner every night in the screened-in patio and sipped coffee each morning on the upstairs deck — just the kind of relaxing...

« Property was slightly run down and had no driveway (just grass). It was in a great neighborhood with a beautiful view. We had to take the trash 15 minutes south when leaving (in the opposite direction of home for us). It was good enough for us to relax and cook but a slight bit expensive for its outdated condition though. »

« Had a great 1st visit to the island . Downside , at night all the bugs ! Was not prepared for the bites. »

« Exactly what we were looking for! Indoor stove ready to go upon our arrival. Very cold weekend but the stove works really well to keep it warm inside. Gas grill outside. Everything you need to do basic cooking inside. Would absolutely stay again! »

« The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again. »

« My kids were going to be at their grandparents with their dad, so I decided to gift myself two nights in this little gem! It is little, but has everything you need! Bed is comfy (don't forget to bring your own sheets, etc & I brought a quilt, tho one was provided), bathroom is updated & clean, kitchen is small but appropriate (tiny sink is adorable). There's even a tiny grill outside that would be perfect for some charcoal-grilled burgers or veggies! I think my favorite tho was the spacious...
