« We we're upgrade but our new room has mold on the ceiling, has smell of humidity, the seat under the A/C was rotten and has mold on it, the carpet on the bathroom was black, all the stainless was rust. The reception was clean and look luxury but it's another thing in the room. »

« Parfait pour une escale a Lapu Lapu. Excellent service pick-up & drop-off a l'aéroport. Chambre propre, pratique et confortable. Restaurant-bar dispo en roof top. Chambre coté rue un peu bruyante... »

« Les plus: chambre et litterie confortable, cadre de l'hotel et personnel très aggréables, bon petit dejeuner, service de navette vers l'aéroport. Les moins: quelques elements de la chambre en mauvaise état, en face du terminal de bus. »

« No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm. Very disappointing. Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc »

« Everything was great except the dinner at the rooftop. We were waiting 50 minutes after the order to be served, as I booked my dinner the day before. But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice »
