« The receptionist was friendly and informative. Exciting and fun experience in this hostel. Had opportunity to mingle foreign people and make friends. You can even sing your heart out for a drink. Cool idea! Worth our stay with my friend. »

« Had a great time. The man who received me was so nice. Not far from street foods or restaurants. WiFi was working very well. »

« Great hostel, staff is really nice. They have a shuttle from the bus station/beach, but they don't run late so if you are going out, it takes 20min to walk back. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this place. They also offer activities/tours but you can find cheaper option along the beach. »

« Great common areas access to full kitchen complete with all utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Room was large with AC (included). Hot water kettle in room. Free wifi in room and common areas, free coffee, free tea, free water (hot or cold). The shared bathroom very manageable as there are 2 bathrooms with showers serving 6 rooms, so never had to wait during my 2 nights stay. « Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave. « The staff are amazingly pleasant to deal with. When we arrived the air conditioner in our room was dripping water onto the couch and we were instantly moved to another room. Later, the WiFi in the room was too weak for my notebook to use and they quickly installed a router to make working there possible (Thanks!). « Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »

"Everything was great except the dinner at the rooftop. We were waiting 50 minutes after the order to be served, as I booked my dinner the day before. But seemingly the lady in charge, Emma, was not in good disposal to serve us...refardless this incident due to a person, i recommand this hotel. Staff was nice"

Perfect, perfect, perfect

"We enjoyed so much our stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are very professional and helpful. They offered us a packed breakfast as we had to leave before 6am, and also offered to use the facilities after checkout time to shower before going to the airport. We recommend it 100%"
