Great location with free parking and free breakfast! We had an issue with our air conditioner and the staff member kindly switched our room and actually upgraded for a nicer room!

I placed this reservation through Expedia for 2 queen beds and paid in full ahead of time. We checked in & went to the room. Opened the door, and only 1 bed. The hotel double booked rooms & changed our reservation withiut alerting us. Disappointed with how this was handled by the hotel.

The staff was nice, no problems checking in and out the room was great clean quiet my grandson and I enjoyed the concert we went to and the hotel made the experience that much better

Breakfast was made with prepackaged, carton, frozen items, not fresh. Which made it not great. They did serve fresh fruit. This hotel has no hot tub. We asked Expedia if this hotel has a hot tub and we were told they do have a hot tub. I said they don't list it on their site which is why Im asking. Again I was assured they have a hot tub. Upon enter suite the room itself looked clean. I entered the bathroom and closed the slider door which lost a screw which jammed the track and I was unable to get out of the bathroom for some time. We had to call maintenance to free me. He did arrive quickly after my husband called. I used the hair dryer which didnt work in any outlet except one outside of the bathroom and I found a dirty pair of mens socks on the shelf with the hair dryer that didnt belong to my husband. So the shelf wasnt wiped down from a past guest. Our stay wasn't terrible as the hotel was quite and staff friendly. If the breakfast was fresh and dirty socks weren't left from previous guest that housekeeping should have found and the slider door to the bathroom was properly maintained our stay would have definitely been 5 stars. It would have been 10 stars if you had a hot tub.

I left behind a charger in my room. When I called in the evening, the desk clerk said to call back for housekeeping in the morning. I did that and the front desk person said she would check and get back to me. She called to let me know that in fact the charger had been found there. I asked if they could (for a fee) ship to me? She said unfortunately NO. She said we could hire a courier to pick up and arrange shipping from them. I mentioned this to a hotel staff at the next hotel on our journey. They said that there is a service that the hotel can use (at a fee to the guest) called https://www.ileftmystuff.com/ that can get an item back to the guest. Please let me know if you can do this for me!

I loved the room with the couch area and bed area where the tv turns around. The kitchenette was great to have. The kids had so much fun in the pool. Breakfast had a nice selection.

Came for the eclipse from Detroit and this hotel was the icing on the cake for such an exciting trip. I told myself repeatedly to make sure to review the delicious breakfast and spacious rooms (with dishwashers!). The breakfast wasn't prebagged or over processed. It was a variety of options that included potatoes, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal, breads, French toast. Etc. The rooms were massive with a clean pool an well equipped gym. I think Hyatt has won me over from my usual Holiday Inn Express. I especially love that they used minimal single use plastic. They had real silverware, plates, etc. Very environmentally forward!

Check in was smooth and once we got to our room we realized we only got one king instead of the two queen room we booked and went back down to the front desk to correct the mistake. They told us that they sold out of double bed rooms and it was Expedias fault for overbooking them. They didnt have an alternative room for us and told us they needed to take care of their customers first and that we could use the pullout couch as an alternative bed. It was disappointing the hotels inability to accommodate or even apologize for the mistake. They made it feel like it was my fault for being an Expedia customer instead of one of their loyalty members but they took my $260 payment for the wrong room regardless of whose "customer" I am.
