« We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for. »

« We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50...
