Es hat so gerochen als hätte jemand drinnen geraucht. Rauchmelder war auch demontiert. Fußboden war schmutzig. In der Dusche waren Haare vom vorgänger an der Wand. Aus der Klimaanlage wurden schwarze Fussel geblasen.

Nice staff and well placed for a walk into ye olde Manitou, constant, traffic has a 20mph limit but hotel is opposite traffic lights so start and stop of old cameros with loud pipes is an issue.

This property looks to be recently renovated. The property needs some additional maintenance such as the pool area which was trashed. The staff was nice and helpful with information. However the shower was disgusting. Was full of black mold and had to be cleaned before I could use it. Then the had the nerve to charge for the wash cloth I used to clean the shower.

Pros: good location to Garden of the Gods, aesthetic & spacious. GM and hospitality staff were nice. Cons: Walls weren’t completely painted, nearby closet/hangers were covered in white construction dust, floor was dirty and found the pillows with short hairs on them on arrival. Blankets also had a certain smell to them.

The reviews on this property are very misleading. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are nicely renovated, however, the walls are paper thin (was woken up one night to others extra curricular activities) then could hear a dog barking and baby crying. Breakfast had the samething every day. The first day the eggs were cold as well as the sausage gravy. Which is in a building off to the side of the property. The outdoor pool area looked like a storage area, I also made the mistake of walking to the back of the property which looked like a dumping ground for anything and everything. The front desk area is locked from 11p to 7a, so don't plan on needing anything at all.

I liked the location , the rooms were big and open , needing some updates . T.V Remote control was missing it's back so batteries fell out. Lamp had a broken bulb and the one by the bed was so bright it lit up the entire complex. I know Expedia mentions a continental breakfast however at check-in he never confirmed , I did see a worker in the parking lot after check out asking about it and was told it was in another building . So much for that !

Upon entering the lobby for check-in, things were in disarray from boxes, unpacked to tools stacked – it looks like a workshop. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was under renovation, I proceeded to check in and upon going to my room and turning down the bed it was fitted with a P stained sheet. We immediately left and returned to the front lobby and a pun asking for a refund, there is zero hesitation to give money back. The facilities are terribly Rundown And are in dire need of upgrades not to mention sanitation of facilities

The rooms are nicer than the outside lets on, but water pressure for showers is HORRIBLE, literally the worst I've ever seen. The shower also had not been cleaned well, there was dirt visible on the floor and shampoo marks on the glass doors. However, location is phenomenal.

Probably Won't stay Here Again!
The hotel has gone downhill very quickly. The door to the bathroom was upside down, the ceilings in the bathroom were peeling off. Our room key quit working and we had to move to a different room. The coffee was awful. The only reason we stayed was because there was a NYE party at Lulu's.

Good for the price
Room was clean and comfortable, common areas could use some attention. Breakfast wasn't so great, but there is a decent diner across the street. Service was very good, friendly and attentive.

Ok so the staff was great! Unfortunately the surroundings not so great Lots of live in tenants which i understand. It is an area i can tell theure trying to actively clean up a bit (the neighborhood in general) But regular trash clean up and power washing stains off concrete cd and would make a drastic difference. I think thats a corporate issue

It was a comfortable room and great for a quick one-night stay. The fridge and microwave were great. Our room didn't have hand soap. The only complaint I had was it very noisy and there were people above us that were extremely loud outside their room at midnight. Because the front desk closed at 11:00 pm, there was no one to call to report the noise.

Very friendly staff who welcomed us and made us feel at home. Room was surprisingly large and well furnished, we enjoyed the hardwood floors. Close to down town and great food options. Plan on staying again.

Coffin Races
My family and I went to the coffin races in manitou springs this past weekend. Hotel was great the rooms were newly remodeled. Check in was smooth and easy. Nice friendly people. Had a simple breakfast. There was a restaurant across the street that we went to and it was great.

The hotel was easy to get to and leave. the rooms looked nice but was not thoroughly cleaned. A used wash cloth was left in the room from previous tenants. Breakfast, the gravy was cold, only one apple and one orange, and the TV didn't work.

Just check your sheets before you go to bed they are probably still dirty. & the most they will do is offer you to move rooms after you’ve unpacked everything. I changed the sheets myself & there was no room service that came during our stay. The room keys barely worked & the front office closes so there is no one at the hotel after certain hours. Would not recommend & would not stay again.

Found my room with stains on my pillowcase and dirt/ debris at the foot of the sheets. I saw tiny black flecks in the sheets …. I’m not gonna say they were bed bugs but I wasn’t gonna take my chances. We found a stay at another establishment. We do not recommend.
