- Some amenities may be unavailable during maintenance periods.
- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces).
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a
distance of at least 10 feet from any doors.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Property does have AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
- Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the bedrooms, kitchen & bathrooms involve navigating 2-3 sets of stairs.
- Your reservation must accurately reflects the number in your party. Additional fees apply if additional guests beyond occupancy with no prior approval.

Guest Access:
Access will be sent to you 1 month prior to arrival. If your arrival is less than a month out you will be sent details upon signing the rental agreement.
