🚗 Parking Instructions:
Please note that parking on the street is not permitted. Instead, parking is available off the alley, and you can access the property through the backyard. There are designated parking spots, including two covered spaces under the carport. After turning onto Woodburn, look for the alley on your right with a large yellow 'No Outlet' sign. Drive down the alley, and you'll find the carport on your right. Feel free to park under or next to the carport. Please be aware that larger vehicles may not fit under the carport.

We loved our stay, we came for our daughter senior trip. Everything we needed and did was within miles of eachother. Yes, the neighborhood is a little run down but we never felt unsafe. I do suggest more small appliances. Its had to travel with crockpots, cause after a long day of adventures. I don't want to cook. Everything was great thou, no complains from us! Thank you from Missouri

The house was thoroughly cleaned and the communication with the property manager was excellent. However, this property was much smaller than what I thought. The backyard was dirty and there was dog poop everywhere not picked up. The neighborhood was less than to be desired and was pretty rundown. It seemed very unsafe as we saw posters up around the neighborhood warning against break ins into vehicles. I would not stay there again.

Came to Colorado Springs with the wife and kids for a weekend to explore the area and attend a friends wedding. The house was great - cozy, simple, clean, and a good price. We loved the outdoor space and the proximity to most of what we wanted to do in the Springs. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this Cheyenne Bluff!! It was the perfect property and the area around was so cute and had walkable shopping and food. The house itself was adorable and had all the amenities you would need plus more. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and family area. The kitchen has everything you need and they even stock a few goodies and water. The best part of the house, the backyard!! After a long day of exploring and hiking, the hot tub was the perfect end to the night. The backyard is huge and had just the right lighting to look at stars at night. The owners even left candies on the bed when we checked in. The communication was outstanding with the owners, if we had any questions or concerns. As many times as we have visited Colorado, this was by far our favorite property! We look forward to coming back for sure! You won’t be disappointed when you book!

The property was great and perfect for our family! The home was decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable and they supplied all of the essentials for a home away from home. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and corn hole every night. They even surprised us with waters, beers and snacks! Thanks so much!
