« What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice. »

It’s close to the downtown area with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The owner who lives in the front house is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Don’t hesitate to stay here you won’t be disappointed! »

« Karen and David have created a wonderful, "Home away from home" with this property. A quiet setting, very clean and well stocked bathroom and kitchen, a soooo comfortable bed, and a nice room to relax and watch t.v. after a long day of hiking. The only down side was having to leave! »

« We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean and we got to relax in the hot tub right after it snowed and watch the magpies. The location is excellent and we got to hike a little before storms moved in. It was so close to everything fun to do which is convenient. Will absolutely stay again. »

« The gnome home was such an awesome stay, great hosts, loads of snacks when we checked in too! The cottage is extremely charming, and very homey feeling. The backyard is awesome, and the view from in front of the property can’t be beat. Super quiet neighborhood, and still close to a lot of great staples (manitou, Cheyenne mountain zoo, and plenty of others). Main bed could be comfier, but we loved the couch bed mattress! « We enjoyed this small cottage; it was centrally located for CO & Manitou Springs, good full kitchen and fenced yard for our dog. It was a good size for the 2 of us for our stay. Would stay here again! »

« The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great. From the front porch we could watch the climbers ascend Manitou Incline each afternoon. The house was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to friends and family. »
