C'est un hôtel level 1 pour periode de covid les repas sont servis en chambre et très copieux petit déjeuner aussi .le service est impeccable et personnel très gentil. Merci a razzaq pour des donn accueil et sa disponibilité pour essayer de trouver des solutions a nos problemes en cette periode particulière. La piscine est très sympa et très propre. Test PCR 5 minutes après votre arrivée quelque soit l'heure

Bon hôtel mais service inacceptable. Nous avons raté notre avion retour car l'accueil nous a annoncé 1h maximum de trajet de l'hôtel pour aller a l'aéroport. Ils nous ont commandé un taxi qui est bien arrivé à l'heure. Cependant, 3h30 de voiture et donc arrivés en retard à l'aéroport. Pisicine non sécurisée. Attention au personnel

As a standard we always inform our guests that the duration of the airport drop off will be within 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the traffic condition. Unfortunately due to the surprise bad weather yesterday the Colombo city limits were blocked. Therefore this is beyond our control. Also note that on your flight ticket it clearly mentions that you need to be at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight and we encourage our guests to be on time so that incidents as such can be avoided. Hôtel de qualité, à taille humaine avec un personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était agréable et fonctionnelle. Le wi-fi fonctionne parfaitement. Quelques travaux à proximité de l’hôtel mais c'est le cas de la quasi-totalité du centre ville de Colombo.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hotel. On a eu le plaisir d'être surclassé dans une suite. La chambre est juste très bien. Le personnel est très serviable souriant. L'hôtel est très bien situé à Colombo par rapport au endroit à visiter à colombo très facile de trouver des tuk tuk pour se déplacer je recommande cet hotel

chambre propre et spacieuse, decoration tres originale et belle mise en valeur, personnel un peu trop present mais sympathique et de qualite, petit dejeuner a ameliorer, type buffet serait plus approprie, eviter de sucrer les jus de fruits frais, c'est dommage, le sucre naturel des fruits est largement suffisant, choix de thes a laisser aux clients, en particulier parce que le sri lanka est un pays producteur de thes, c'est dommage de ne pas y gouter

Really nice little gem in the city. All the staff were really nice and helpful. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised by valentine 5 course dinner. All reasonably priced. Room was big and beautiful bathroom. Highly recommend.

Perfect in all categories
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent. We found everything in the hotel perfect: clean, big size room, great service and amenities. Overall, a great place to stay, away from noise and there’s a french bakery a block away that has delicious coffee and croissants.

The oasis in Colombo
I stayed at the Colombo Court Hotel & Spa December 23 - 25, 2019. The hotel is in a nice area of Colombo and not far from some major shopping areas. The hotel itself is very welcoming with lush vegetation, water features, artistic ambiance, and most importantly a very well-trained and friendly staff. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. Besides the accommodations, there is a lovely poolside restaurant, as well as a spa. I had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with multiple courses. The chef and kitchen staff prepared an amazing selection of very delicious and well-presented courses. The following morning I checked-out of the hotel before 5AM in order to make it to the airport to catch a morning flight. My company iPhone accidentally got left behind at the Colombo Court Hotel & Spa. The manager contacted me immediately once they found my lost iPhone and worked to get it back to me. The iPhone arrived in a couple days after some required paperwork, traveling halfway around the world from CMB to SIN-KIX-MEM-IAH... I felt so grateful to have it back, a gift was ordered for delivery to the hotel staff. If you are considering travel to Colombo, Sri Lanka... I would make this your first choice. Bravo to the management and staff at the oasis in Colombo.

Accommodation(Room) was amazing,And food was nice , friendly staff at pool bar, only the thing I was not happy was their was not proper information about hotel and room.

部屋は清潔で使いやすかったです。スタッフも新設でした。交通量が多い通りにあるので、車の音が気になりました。

Must Stay!
This hotel could not have been more perfect. My room/suite was amazing and just what I needed for a bit of relaxation. The staff was superb and helped with anything whenever they could. Three nights was too short of a stay; I didn't want to check out.

NIce hotel, great rooms, lovely staff.
Really nice hotel tucked away amongst trees in Colombo. Location is good to be close to the centre but very busy, get's quieter in the evening. Staff was brilliant and helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean.

豪邸を改築したホテルだそうですが、こじんまりとして落ち着きがあり雰囲気もよいです。 団体客がいないのが高ポイントでした。 繁華街から離れていますが、高級住宅街エリアのようでシャングリラホテルやスーパーやショッピングモールや小洒落たカフェへのアクセスもよく、私は満足です。 スパもすぐ入れたので、移動後やチェックアウト後日中買い物した後シャワー使用しマッサージしてもらえてよかったです。 あとスタッフさんがとても親切で、英語下手くそ&海外初uber使用で若干のトラブルがあったのでしたが助けてもらい無事空港まで行けました。 本当にありがたかったです。 絶対にまた泊まりたいです。
