Bien mais parking hors de prix
Hotel très accueillant. Personnel aimablecmais pas de parking à l'hotel. Obligation de stationner à l'aéroport pour 33 euros/nuit!!!

Hey, nous sommes heureux que tu aies apprécié ton séjour chez nous. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas de parking dans l'hôtel et nous n'avons donc pas d'influence sur les frais de parking. Nous espérons pouvoir t'accueillir à nouveau bientôt. Johanna

Hotel room 444, the single beds were not comfortable to sleep on. During the night after 2 am, the next door room people were talking so loud for so long then playing music , disturbing us so much

Die perfekte Unterkunft wenn man einen frühen Flug erwischen muss. Leider etwas hellhörig, aber eine perfekte Anbindung an den Terminal und sehr nettes Personal.

In very good shape for an airport hotel. Check in at midnight was ok, but check in the previous week was great. So staff varies a bit. Breakfast very good.

Ich persönlich finde etwas mehr Ruhe schöner und aufgrund des schlechten Geruchs draußen kann man auch das Fenster nicht öffnen und so die extreme Wärme loswerden. Frischluft kommt auch nicht rein - es riecht sogar innen nach Kerosin.

Budget hotel, budget experience
We went to Cologne for the weekend, and decided to stay here because it has a train to and from the city. About a week before checking in, I got an email with all of the parking details, and that there would be a restaurant available on site. You have to go up to the fifth floor to check in, which has a very nice common area and a bar. When checking in, my husband and I were informed that we would be getting a room with two twin beds. This wasn’t necessarily a problem, but I asked if there were any queens left and the agent told me that the hotel was fully booked. I then asked if we could be seated for dinner, but was informed at the hotel restaurant was closed. There was some bar food that we could choose from, so I ordered a pizza. I saw them take it out of the freezer, unwrap it and put it into a microwave. I also asked if I could fill up my water bottle anywhere, and was told no. We then went to our room to find a large black hair on the bed. I moved it off the bed and tried to forget about it, but then we discovered that our TV did not work. We called the front desk, which we had to do off of our cell phone because there is no phone provided, and they informed us that we could switch rooms. I’m not sure how this was possible because we were told that they were “fully booked.” Overall, we didn’t have a pleasant experience and this feels like a very budget hotel with little to no amenities. Not even a mini fridge in the room.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit am Flughafen Köln Bonn. Gutes und leckerers Frühstück. Das Hotel werde ich weiter empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen bei späten oder frühen Flügen. Es war alles sehr entspannt.

Great experience
The hotel is really nice, beautiful and modern, the staff is so kind and the rooms very comfortable. The bar is so cozy and we had very nice cocktails, plus it is just in front of the airport. Just be careful because the gps make it confusing and farther then it really is.
