"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"

"Hôtel bien placé dans Londres, à deux pas des deux stations de métro Edgware Road. Personnel agréable, le restaurant Tyburn fait également le job. La moquette est un mauvais choix pour le sentiment de propreté."

"Très sympa, prix assez faible pour une chambre à Londres, avec en plus de cela le petit déjeuner offert (qui d'ailleurs est excellent). De plus, l'endroit est assez calme, et l'établissement se situe à 100m d'un arrêt de bus, pour accéder aux spots touristiques de la ville."

"Accueil sympathique efficace et professionnel. Chambre au design épuré et bien agencée. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. L'hôtel est situé près de gare de Farringdon qui permet de rayonner dans le grand Londres. Saint Pancras et Saint Paul accesible a pied (25 min)"
