Need to catch up on work or emails? No problem! One of the bedrooms features a convenient desk area, allowing you to stay connected even while on vacation.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, and with a washer and dryer on-site, you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your trip.

Our place is right in the middle of Cocoa Beach, just a short walk from the sand. You are super close to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, where you can grab a bite, catch some live music, and enjoy the ocean views. If you are into surfing, some of the best spots around are only minutes away. The neighborhood is really great for families, with parks, shops, and laid back cafes all within a five to ten minute drive. Whether you want to watch a rocket launch from the beach or spend the day checking out local museums and sights, our spot is the perfect home base for your Florida trip.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cocoa Beach is a breeze from our location at 226 McKinley Avenue. We recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area and reach nearby attractions like theme parks or the Kennedy Space Center with ease. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport is the most common arrival point and is approximately a one hour drive from the house. Local taxi services and rideshare apps are readily available throughout the city if you prefer not to drive.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note that check-in time begins at 4:00pm and check-out time is required by 10:00am. This property is strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted on the premises. We kindly ask that the primary guest booking the reservation is at least 25 years of age. Please be aware that this home is not suitable for events or parties. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our home for future families to enjoy.
