The facilities were beautiful, but it was hard to know how to work. Certain things like the spa hitting the pool.And the speaker system outside i wish there was a manual there to refer to. We had to call the owner and it was not easy and some of the questions we had never got answered. It was a beautiful house, beautifully decorated and very spacious.

The home was very big but old. The outdoor area was amazing. Stunning views and beautiful set up. The window in the dining room was broken and had to do a bunch of cleaning ourselves, mostly the outdoor area and furniture wasn’t clean enough to sit on. The jacuzzi had several issues. The host was very responsive to all issues and did the best to accommodate. The night took a turn when the neighbors son jumped the fence, completely drunk and maybe some other substances, he ran out the front door back over to his driveway where he proceeded throwing rocks and soda at some guests. We had to involve police to get him under control. The day was great until that happened. All in all we had a good time but expected more for such an expensive home.

The spa did not heat. The sauna did not work. The dryer did not work and Wifi did not work for 60% of the time. I am expecting a partial refund due to the numerous maintenance issues. Justin, our contact said that would happen.

One for the books!!

The property and amenities did not disappoint! We had all of our children and grandchildren together for the first time and this vacation rental was perfect for the group. Always something to do. The house was well appointed for a family vacation, all of the beds were very comfortable which has not always been our experience on rentals, the information provided by the host was complete and on point, and when we needed assistance, the host was there and quickly followed through. While there we witnessed 5 rocket launches that were all amazing and the bioluminescence was going in the river which was spectacular!! We will definitely stay again!

We had a good time during the stay with a few exceptions. Our family of fishermen booked this home because of the pictured dock with boat lifts. Unfortunately, the boat lifts were not functional thus, our boat rental was not able to be used. The host said the lifts were not advertised to be used and they were not advertised as being broken either. The pool and hot tub lights and several other outdoor upstairs patio lights were also broke which did hamper some of our nighttime outdoor enjoyment. The house has clearly been enjoyed by others as a window was busted, some doors wouldn't close properly, and the trash bins were overflowing upon our arrival. The host responded quickly to our questions and helped problem solve a wifi outage during the stay. The pool was clean (and really warm this time of year) and kept clean with the twice weekly cleanings. The house overall gave everyone plenty of private space and the layout allowed for noise to not disturb other rooms. The proximity to the beach was great and the location away from the more tourist heavy part of town was nice. I would recommend this home for a vacation as long as you aren't looking to use the boat dock for boating and are okay with very dark nighttime swims.

Family vaca

The house was perfect for our family of 19. We had kids ranging from 3-14 and everyone had a bed. The property was very clean and we were all very comfortable. The location was great. We walked across to the beach and even saw a rocket launch! Kids loved fishing off the dock and the communication with the property management was easy. The only trouble I had was opening the links for the forms we needed to fill out and the guide book. But we figured it out. Definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Beautiful home and location

The property and location was wonderful. Everyone had room to spread out and have their own space. We witnesses two rocket launches during our stay which was an extra treat for the kids.

Winter family vacation

Very nice house on the Banana river with plenty of room for large families or groups. The hot tub and pool area are very nice and the deck area on the river is a nice place to relax. Communication with the property manager was very good.Beach access is close by as well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Labor Day Weekend

My stay in Cocoa Beach was exceptional. The property offered ideal space with stunning water views and a fantastic backyard featuring a pool and summer beach vibes. The entire experience, from booking to commuting and staying, was flawless. Accommodating a group of 10-12 people comfortably for three days, the location was perfect for exploring the town. I highly recommend this spot to anyone planning a trip to Cocoa Beach and can't wait to return!
