Beachside Bungalow – Steps from the Beach

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, only a 7 minute walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach. This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is right across the beach! Enjoy watching Launches from the fenced in, private backyard or across the street on the beach. The Beachside Bungalow is 5 minutes from Ron Jon Surf Shop, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, 50 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and 1 hour from Orlando Theme Parks.
*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.
HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived.
We would greatly appreciate it!

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lock box and scramble the code.
