Thanks to the digicode system on all door, you just need four digit to access this property anytime and they send those to you on WhatsApp, so you can arrive at anytime. The room is spacious and well equipped, and the Auchan shopping centre next to the hotel provide everything you might need. You can enjoy the nice lake view from your own terrace.

Prima geslapen maar veel lawaai!
Het hotel ligt op de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld, je hoord dus de hele dag vliegtuigen. Het hotel ligt ook tegen een woonwijk aan waar veel honden leven en die blaffen de hele nacht door. Al met al niet een heel groot succes dit hotel.

We are sorry for the experience you had, and we understand your inconvenience, but unfortunately these aspects do not necessarily belong to our services. Our loyal customers and tourists especially choose our location because it is very convenient, close to the city, near the shopping center, transport lines, view of the lake, and also close to the airport (in a city with an airport, it is normal to hear the noise of the flights). We are in a neighborhood where there are dogs, but if they do not belong to the hotel guests, we can not intervene, we mentioned that they are not always heard, it was probably an expectation. The host was very friendly and easily arranged taxis for our group to rhe airport. Room was very comfortable and clean with strong Air Conditioning. No fuss, quick check in.

We stayed in the penthouse suit so it was very nice and spacious. The check in process was easy and smooth. Free underground parking was convenient. A little too far to walk to the old town but we drove and found parking which was fine.

If you want to have a nightmare stay- choose this
Probably the most misleading hotel . Never in my life I had a worse service , being called crazy by the stuff. Downgrade from a room with balcony which we paid for and had a regular 4 m2 room .

Hello again! You are the same person who already gave us the score of 2with 30 minutes ago.. as you promised you will take revenge with a low score.. To be honest: we note that even the smallest room in our hotel is 16 meters squares. , and the one with a balcony where you had free upgrades for the first nights would be 20 square meters. This attitude do not honor you, just like the insults brought to the receptionist and does not respect the efforts we make every day. We wish you that next time you will find a hotel that fully satisfies your requirements

The hotel is centrally located. You can walk to many places or take the bus. Bus system is very good and cheap. The mall is just across the street. The property is fairly new and very nice. The front staff is very nice and helpful. The food is Romania is very good and cheap. I would comeback to this hotel.

Very convenient location for a 1 night stay. We stay here when departing from the Cluj airport on early morning flights. A short taxi ride to the airport for 26 lei. Very convenient to the mall for shoppong or a meal. Nice clean hotel and very reasonably priced.
