« Lovely hotel, friendly »

« In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state. »

« Radiators not warm, did not stay. Too cold in the room. Manager said no other room available. I asked for a refund. Not good enough for a 3 star. »

« The staff were so friendly and helpful. Updated me when they had changed my booking due to maintenance works. It was overall a lovely stay. »
