The building itself is wonderful, but the hotel needs a big refreshment: the carpets in the stairs are worn to the bone, covered with scotch tape, one of our curtains was torn apart, the handle was about to fall from the bedroom door, and the cold water was slow to go out from the tap. « Fantastique hôtel, situé au coeur des Cotswolds et tout près d'Oxford. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est charmant. Le salon d'accueil est juste magnifique, on peut y prendre une consommation ou simplement venir y lire ou discuter. Un vrai coup de coeur, l'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous aillons fréquenté. »
