« The house is beautiful as is the pool. Pool is cold as it is further away from the water and the nights are cooler. Hearing the howling monkeys early in the morning was amazing. They didn’t wake us. We are just early birds. The construction next door would’ve been nice to know about. Definitely felt a lack of privacy due to that and due to the cameras ALL over the backyard (4 seen). A bit excessive for my liking and felt a bit intrusive to be honest. Safety is one thing…I get that. It was hard...

« I’ve stayed at this place 2 years ago and we thought is was fine it had all u need . This year the place looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere no toilet paper the pool was so dirty we didn’t even use it . »

« If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. « Host was very responsive, house was everything we needed. Good location, easy 5 minute drive to Playa Avellanas , 15 minute drive to Playa Negra and 30-40 minute drive to Tamarindo. We had a great stay. Enjoyed the Costa Rican wildlife right from the property. We were able to see both howler monkeys and macaws. Magnificent French coffee and bakery across the street. »

« My friend and I spent a wonderful 10 days here. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking, games, chilling. The pool is amazing and Marian is an exceptional host, easy to communicate with and going over and above the necessary required. The highlight was the monkeys, who moved through the field in behind a couple of times and gave us some great viewing opportunities. Definetly recommend. »

« La habitacion estuvo super aseada Solo tuvimos la visita de una pequeña serpiente el primer dia de hospedaje Es un pco largo, pero muy bonita y comoda el hecho de q la piscina sea solo de nuestro uso fue genial Algo para mejorar los colchones son como viejos e incomodos al igual q los bancos de el desayunador que solo habían seis y eramos 8. Seria bueno reemplazarlos con algo mas comodo »
