Superbe hôtel
Très bon accueil des l’arrivée . Mention spéciale pour Lina à la réception qui a été adorable et très professionnelle. La suite avait une vue imprenable et le service était excellent. L’hôtel est très très bien placé. Je recommande vivement et si je dois revenir à Chicago je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation

I loved our stay. The view was unbelievable. The tub was the only concern, it was leaking the water out from the drain area so i had to use more water. That was not a tragedy but just so you guys know it could use a small fix.

Every single person working at this facility was extremely polite and welcoming. I’ve stayed in so many hotels across the world and I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Ordered food at 3am and it was fantastic. My cloths got folded in the short period of time my wife and I left the room and came back to a spotless room. Overall amazing experience. Will be staying here every time I come to Chicago.
