Hotel agréable
hotel tres agreable, personnel accueillant et petit déjeuner copieux, la chambre est propre et spacieuse. Cependant, il n'y pas de restaurants à proximité, donc la voiture est indispensable. Proche de l'aéroport mais rassurer vous, on n'entend pas les avions.

hotel hors la ville de chicago, au calme...
hotel parfait, nous avons prolongé dun jour, rien a dire de plus il est tres bien, mise a part que pour visiter chicago il faut rester une semaine au moins et prendre un hotel en ville sans voiture,mais nous avons contourné la difficulte en garant la voiture au parking de Midway airport (6,45 USD pour 12h)c le top et ensuite prendre en face le train pour le centre ville de chicago

Breakfast snd the entire staff are terrific. For me, an excellent location. Front desk was wuick and responsive to our every request. We hated to leave. Almodt forgot ...great coffee service all day. If I had to change something it would probably be to add a door to the shower area rather than just a curtain. But I think that this particular hotel has many features that are beneficial for visitors with handicaps, including walk-in showers. So overall, Bravo!

This property is very tired. The rug in my room was fraying, the floor tiles in the bathroom were buckled, and the toilet flapper was broken and I had to fix it every time I used it.

Stayed here with 2 small kids before flight from Midway. Enjoyed the pool, delicious cookies, and hot breakfast. Would definitely come back if in area again.

Everything was perfect except the receptionist who acted indifferent and arrogant. They should train her. She was there on Monday morning and was rude 01/01/24.

Very nice hotel and would stay in again. Staff was nice and the daily breakfast options were good. The only down side was that there were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. So you either had to have food delivered or make a 10-15 minute drive.

Good family stop. Not couple friendly.
Good family hotel. Not a couple's retreat. Very noisy day and night. Ice machines not available quickly as the entire hotel is using two machines on floors 3&5. Front desk customer service is exemplary. Breakfast is chaotic, surfaces are food laiden with customer waist, and staffing is understaffed. Food is mediocre at best. Seating is limited. Inexpensive for families but keep moving if you want peace and quiet.

Thank you for your review. My suggestion would be that if you are looking for a hotel that predominantly is not family oriented, that your next reservation be at the Ritz-Carlton or Peninsula in downtown Chicago. Their restaurants are exemplary, food may not be mediocre, or it may, and at 39.95 for breakfast it is a bargain.

Enjoyed everything. Only downside is you have to pay for parking at the hotel and theirs parking tax as well. I’m not from the area so I’m not used to having to pay for parking at a place like that
